Error 341

I want to share my problem with this error, I bought lacetti 1.4 with d4 ecu before 2 mount with this error , last owner went to original service and they didn’t repair , after I  have seen on another lacetti sensor is giving opposite output for 180′ different from mine so I bought new sensor and same problem opposite output . I made radical solution with one transistor and two resistors  so now phase of output is correct and error was gone, after one week my car made error 036 and I can’t solve problem.
